Q: I heard Wag Heaven has self-serve dog washes. Do I have to make a reservation?
A: Nope! Our dog washes are first come, first serve. You can find more information about them here.

Q: Can you deliver to my house? 
A: Sure can! We deliver every Tuesday and Friday afternoon in Georgetown. You can find more information and our full delivery area here.

Q: How much does it cost for delivery?
A: Nothing - if you spend $50 of more! Otherwise it'll be a $4.99 delivery fee.

Q: What if I just want to pick up in store?
A: That's another good option! When checking out, just make sure you mark that you want to pick up in store. All purchases must be picked up at our Williamsburg Village Center location. The address is 3010 Williams Dr #115, Georgetown, TX 78628.

Q: I can't find my treats I usually pick up in store. Where are they?
A: Right now we are only offering dry food to be purchased online. As we grow, we will be looking to add more products. If there's anything you need, give us a call at (512) 838-3980.

Q: My pet isn't liking the food we just got. Can I return it?
A: We understand more than most that pets can be picky. We do accept returns of food in store if it is more than half full and within 14 days. You can find the full details here.

A: We are open Mon-Sat 10AM-7PM and Sun Noon-5PM. You can find more info about our store here.
