Our family absolutely loves this place ! They have such a large variety of pet supplies, just about everything you could imagine and more. The people there are super nice and helpful, and the prices are very fair. Our adult son, who lives closer to downtown and has two beautiful chocolate labs, he is constantly popping over to their central location behind Monument Cafe to get "Rosie and Stella" food, treats, and toys. If you've never been over there, you should definitely check it out :)

Came for the self dog wash and it was amazing! Friendly workers explained how it worked. They provided all the supplies,soap,towels,treats! I like how it’s an individual room (my dog isn’t the best around other dogs) so it made me feel better that we had our own room. Would definitely come back!

Highly recommend! Our dog did so well in the dog wash. Everything is there that you need- treats, shampoo, towel etc. The tub area has a little door and latch. Our dog struggles with baths, but she liked this very much! Bought two collars and a brush also. They treated our dog like a Queen. Thanks so much for the great experience.

First and foremost, I want to convey my sincere appreciation to all of the afternoon Wag Heaven Staff. I brought in our family pet to give her a bath and etc. This was my first visit with Ava our female mix Bassett Hound / Old English Bulldog. The Wag Heaven gentleman took us directly to bath shower room that was vacant. The room was very clean and detailed accordingly. Went here for the first time today and had a great experience! We did the self-service dog wash and I really liked that the bays were in individual rooms. The room was clean and they supplied all the supplies I needed. The cashier was super nice and helpful, he gave me a punch card (buy 10 get one free) and told me about the dog wash happy hour. I WILL be back soon!

We have a 16 year old cat that has be diagnosed with possible kidney condition. She has become a REAL finicky eater. Damien and female manager (I'll update with a name when I find out) have been very helpful with trying to find something the cat will eat that is also healthy for her. The will take back food that the cat refuses to eat. That is really unexpected these days and shows how much they care for our pets.

This is a wonderful pet shop! There is a large variety of pet food, treats, toys as well as the usual care products. I have a hard time finding Polkadog treats as well as Acana freeze dried dog treats, so when I stumbled upon these at the store I was so happy to find that they carry them. The customer service is excellent, and the staff make sure to help out in any way. One of these days I’ll have to try their self service bath for my dogs.

I took our water shy and bath adverse shiba to use the self wash station here and it was a great experience! They checked in on us and offered treats due to her yelping which eventually calmed when we got to the drying stage. She really enjoyed the hose blowdryer provided.Staff and owners were extremely helpful and introduced us to some raw foods as well as a new brand of dry food we haven't tried yet. I picked up a pet friendly candle as well.

Finally a dog store that is useful. We went today to get our German Shepherd and Chihuahua washed in their do-it-yourself wash facilities. They have a top-notch tub with a ramp for my old girl to walk right in. Plenty of water pressure, and great shampoo products to do a great job! I felt really good about the job I did, to the point of comparing it to a trip to the spa; only 60 dollars cheaper. It is also nice to love on your own dogs and not worry about the cleanup. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products/food you use and what they sell. One may think that it may be just to make the sale, but I can't help but to feel the genuine care for animals from everyone who works there. The brand food may be the cheapest I have seen around and we buy the best we know of for our dogs. Anyway, we walked out with some great products and a great feeling of having this store close to us. Highly recommended!
